The beauty retail giant is set to open its doors in April!
If you've been to the Bukit Bintang area lately,
you might have noticed the huge construction going on in front of Starhill.
Details are scant right now but word is they'll be bringing in more than 50 cosmetic brands (some of which could be NARS and Urban Decay).
